Dear Parents and Students,
“I am very thankful to all of you for your support of Saitech Informatics. I have been running this Gurukulam since 1988, interacting with approximately 20 to 25 families every year, mentoring and counseling their children wholeheartedly alongside my professional life. I never settle down for rest or entertainment to lead my own retired life. It is your encouragement and strong faith in me that have kept me working tirelessly to guide your wards in their academic performance.
As you know, schools can only provide a batch process in education. Real education is imparted by parents and a family mentor like me. Education is not just a commodity for sale or purchase; it is a value to be imbibed from our learned elders in our family and around us.
Many of our current students are not meeting my expectations. I am constantly exploring how to involve the students in deep learning. I am very concerned that many parents and students are only focused on school grades.
Believe me and my experience in education and corporate training! I have found a general sense of carelessness among our students, including many of my corporate trainees, research fellows, and engineers. Many of them struggle with laziness, procrastination, lack of commitment, easygoing attitudes, a focus on money, superficial knowledge, ignorance, arrogance, addiction to social media, time wasting, corrupted minds, agitation, faking, diversion, a chaotic mindset, daydreaming, poor communication, and distorted relationships, among other issues.
Education is the product, and the student is the marketing manager. Those who know how to present their product (education) in society as a marketing manager are successful professionals in their careers. I have witnessed many of my students who had average marks in school and college leading successful careers, while some school and college toppers are not as successful. Society expects sincere and dedicated professionals.
Starting from October 1st, 2023, I would like to collaborate directly with parents in our Saitech learning process. As parents, you will be involved in the following learning tasks. If you support these learning activities, your wards will undoubtedly succeed in their academic performance. Please do not confine your ward’s potential within the school’s academic framework. Nowadays, individually customized education is the real need of society.
Dear parents, focus on the inner talent of every student. Identify their skill set. Treat every student as a unique plant. Do not compare a banyan tree with a palm tree. Believe in the theory of Everything. It is our responsibility to nurture the young plant and help it thrive by creating a suitable atmosphere, providing sunlight, manure, watering, and more, just like a gardener.”
Saitech Learning Tasks to be audited by parents.
- Early morning drill for one hour – either at Saitech or at Home.
- Target Practice – 6 questions of min. 3 marks each to be completed successfully within 45 minutes in the early morning drill.
- Question Bank – 6 questions of min. 3 marks in the evening. Ensure running number with proper page number and table of contents.
- Guided Practice – 6 questions of min. 3 marks in the evening.
- CIS Notes – Cornell Notes, Infographics, Sketch Notes.
- ATOT – ATOQ (Any topic online quiz), ATOD (Any topic online descriptive test), ATOM ( Any Time Online Mock Test)

அன்பான பெற்றோர்களே, மாணவச்செல்வங்களே!
சாய்டெக் இன்ஃபர்மேட்டிக்சின் கல்வி சேவைக்கு நீங்கள் அளித்து வரும் ஆதரவிற்காக உங்கள் அனைவருக்கும் நான் மிகவும் நன்றி கூறுகிறேன். நான் 1988 முதல் இந்த குருகுலத்தை நடத்தி வருகிறேன், ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் சுமார் 20 முதல் 25 குடும்பங்களுடன் தொடர்புகொண்டு, அவர்களின் குழந்தைகளுக்கு எனது தொழில் வாழ்க்கையுடன் முழு மனதுடன் வழிகாட்டுதல் மற்றும் ஆலோசனை வழங்குகிறேன். எனது சொந்த ஓய்வு வாழ்க்கையை நடத்த நான் ஓய்வு அல்லது பொழுதுபோக்கிற்காக ஒருபோதும் நேரம் செலவிட்டதில்லை என்பதை நீங்கள் நன்கு அறிவீர்கள். உங்கள் ஊக்கமும், என் மீதுள்ள வலுவான நம்பிக்கையும்தான், உங்கள் குழந்தைகளின் கல்விச் செயல்திறனில் வழிகாட்ட நான் அயராது உழைக்க வைத்துள்ளது.
உங்களுக்கு தெரியும், பள்ளிகள் கல்வியில் ஒரு ஒட்டுமொத்த கல்விச்சேவையை மட்டுமே வழங்க முடியும் என்பது . உண்மையான கல்வி என்பது , பெற்றோர் மற்றும் என்னைப் போன்ற குடும்ப வழிகாட்டிகளால் நன்கு திட்டமிடப்படுகிறது. கல்வி என்பது வெறும் விற்பனைப் பொருள் அல்ல; இது நம் குடும்பத்திலும் நம்மைச் சுற்றியுள்ள நமது கற்றறிந்த பெரியவர்களிடமிருந்து பெறப்பட வேண்டிய பெருஞ்செல்வம்.
எங்களுடைய தற்போதைய மாணவர்களில் பலர் எனது எதிர்பார்ப்புகளை பூர்த்தி செய்யவில்லை. ஆழ்ந்த கற்றலில் மாணவர்களை எவ்வாறு ஈடுபடுத்துவது என்பதை நான் தொடர்ந்து ஆராய்ந்து வருகிறேன். பல பெற்றோர்களும் மாணவர்களும் பள்ளி மதிப்பெண்களில் மட்டுமே கவனம் செலுத்துகிறார்கள் என்று நான் மிகவும் கவலைப்படுகிறேன்.
என்னையும் கல்வி மற்றும் கார்ப்பரேட் பயிற்சியில் எனது அனுபவத்தையும் நம்புங்கள்! எனது கார்ப்பரேட் பயிற்சியின் பயனாளர்கள், , ஆராய்ச்சி கூட்டாளிகள் மற்றும் பொறியாளர்கள் உட்பட, எங்கள் மாணவர்களிடையே ஒரு பொதுவான கவனக்குறைவு உணர்வைக் காண்கின்றேன் . அவர்களில் பலர் சோம்பல், தாமதம், அர்ப்பணிப்பு இல்லாமை, எளிதான அணுகுமுறை, பணத்தின் மீது கவனம், மேலோட்டமான அறிவு, அறியாமை, ஆணவம், சமூக ஊடகங்களுக்கு அடிமையாதல், நேரத்தை வீணடித்தல், சிதைந்த மனங்கள், கிளர்ச்சி, போலித்தனம், திசைதிருப்பல், குழப்பமான மனநிலை, பகல் கனவுகள், மோசமான தகவல்தொடர்பு மற்றும் சிதைந்த உறவுகள், இன்ன பிற சிக்கல்களுடன் போராடுகிறார்கள்.
கல்வி என்பது உற்பத்தி செயப்பட்ட ஒரு பொருள் என்றால், மாணவர் என்பவர் அதனை விற்கும் ஒரு விற்பனை அதிகாரி. எந்தவொரு விற்பனையாளர் தான் வைத்திருக்கும் விற்பனைப்பொருளை நல்லபடியாக விற்கின்றாரோ அவர் அந்த வியாபாரத்தில் வெற்றிபெறுகிறார் என்றுதானே அர்த்தம்!
பள்ளி மற்றும் கல்லூரிகளில் சராசரி மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்ற எனது மாணவர்களில் பலர் வெற்றிகரமான வாழ்க்கையை முன்னெடுத்துச் செல்வதை நான் கண்டிருக்கிறேன், சில பள்ளி மற்றும் கல்லூரிகளில் முதலிடம் பெற்றவர்கள் பெரும்பாலோர் தங்கள் தொழிலில் வெற்றி பெறவில்லை என்பது கண்கூடு. புத்திசாளிகளை விட நேர்மையான மற்றும் அர்ப்பணிப்புள்ள நிபுணர்களை சமூகம் எதிர்பார்க்கிறது.
அக்டோபர் 1, 2023 முதல், சாய்டெக் குருகுலத்தில் கற்றல் செயல்பாட்டில் பெற்றோரையும் நேரடியாக ஈடுபத்த விரும்புகிறேன். பெற்றோர்களாகிய நீங்கள் பின்வரும் கற்றல் பணிகளில் ஈடுபடுபட்டு, இந்தக் கற்றல் நடவடிக்கைகளை நீங்கள் ஆதரித்தால், உங்கள் குழந்தைகள் சந்தேகத்திற்கு இடமின்றி அவர்களின் கல்விச் செயல்திறனில் நிச்சயமாக வெற்றி பெறுவார்கள். தயவுசெய்து உங்கள் குழந்தைகளின் திறனை பள்ளியின் கல்விக் கட்டமைப்பிற்குள் கட்டுப்படுத்த வேண்டாம். இப்போதெல்லாம், தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் ஒவ்வொரு மாணவருக்கும் ஏற்றவகையில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட கல்வித்திட்டம் மிகவும் பாராட்டத்தக்க வகையில் முன்னேறிவருகிறது.
அன்பான பெற்றோர்களே, ஒவ்வொரு மாணவரின் உள்ளார்ந்த திறமையில் கவனம் செலுத்துங்கள். அவர்களின் திறமையை அடையாளம் காணவும். ஒவ்வொரு மாணவனையும் தனித்த தாவரமாக நடத்துங்கள். ஆலமரத்தை பனை மரத்துடன் ஒப்பிடாதீர்கள். எல்லாம் ஒன்றுதான் என்ற கோட்பாட்டை நம்புங்கள். ஒரு தோட்டக்காரனைப் போலவே, இளம் செடியை வளர்ப்பதும், அதற்கு ஏற்ற சூழ்நிலையை உருவாக்கி, சூரிய ஒளி, உரம், நீர்ப்பாசனம் மற்றும் பலவற்றை வழங்குவதன் மூலம் அது செழிக்க உதவுவதும் நம்முடைய பொறுப்பல்லவா?
