Part time Educational Voluntary Service Opportunities (PEVS) are available at Saitechinfo Gurukulam to some selected UPSC and TNPSC aspirants.
- Part time working hours min. 2 hours per day between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm.
- Service slots:
Slot-1 : 6:00 am to 8:00 am
Slot-2 : 10:00 am to 12:00 noon
Slot-3 : 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Slot-4 : 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Slot-5 : 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Slot-6 : 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Slot-7 : 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm - Volunteers can select any slot.
- Selected volunteers will be compensated Rs. 2000 p.m. as scholarship to support their UPSC studies.
- UPSC aspirants are permitted to study at Saitechinfo Gurukulam and make use of our library facility between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm daily.
- Whenever the Chief Mentor is free, he will interact with the UPSC aspirants and motivate them in the right direction to achieve their goals.
- Number of vacancies available: 7
- A candidate is permitted to select maximum 2 slots. Based on the number of slots, the the scholarship amount will be paid.
- UPSC candidates are permitted to take a few classes.
- Main tasks of the Educational Volunteer:
- Student Support Services like library maintenance, data entry, tutorial support, notebook checking
- Parent Support Services like arranging for parenting session or career counselling session with the Chief Mentor, any issues related to students’ performances either at school or at Saitech.
