Saitech Informatics – Terms and Conditions
- Admission & Enrollment
a. Admission is open to students preparing for NEET and JEE entrance exams.
b. Students must provide accurate personal and academic details during registration.
c. Admission is subject to seat availability and internal eligibility criteria. - Fees & Payment
a. Monthly tuition fee: ₹10,500 per student.
b. Fees must be paid on or before the 5th of each month.
c. Late payments may attract a penalty of ₹100/day.
d. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. - Class Timings & Attendance
a. Regular evening classes will be conducted as per the published schedule.
b. Students are expected to maintain at least 90% attendance.
c. Prolonged absence (more than 5 consecutive days) must be informed in writing. - Discipline & Conduct
a. Students must maintain decorum and discipline in physical and online classes.
b. Disruptive behavior, malpractice, or disrespect towards faculty/staff will result in disciplinary action.
c. Use of mobile phones during class is strictly prohibited unless instructed. - Academic Responsibility
a. Students must complete assignments and tests on time.
b. Progress reviews will be conducted periodically; parental involvement is encouraged.
c. SaiTechInfo provides guidance and support, but exam performance depends on the student’s effort. - Use of Study Materials
a. All study materials are for personal academic use only.
b. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing material without permission is prohibited.
c. Recorded lectures and online content are property of SaiTechInfo. - Online Learning (SaiTechInfo e-Learning)
a. Students must have reliable internet access and a quiet study environment.
b. Login credentials are non-transferable and monitored.
c. Technical support will be provided, but SaiTechInfo is not liable for third-party software/hardware issues. - Parent Communication
a. Monthly progress reports and updates will be shared with parents/guardians.
b. Parent-teacher meetings may be scheduled periodically. - Changes & Modifications
a. SaiTechInfo reserves the right to modify the schedule, fees, faculty, or curriculum as needed.
b. Any changes will be communicated in advance. - Legal Compliance
a. All students must comply with applicable educational and cyber laws.
b. In case of disputes, jurisdiction will lie with the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
