Congratulations Sainath!
A Proud Moment of Service
Sainath Appointed as Tamil Nadu State Youth Coordinator (North)
Service to humanity is the highest form of worship. It is with immense joy, gratitude, and humility that our family shares the news that Sainath has been appointed as the Tamil Nadu State Youth Coordinator (North) under the guidance of the Sri Sathya Sai Tamil Nadu Trust.
This recognition is not merely an administrative position; it is a sacred responsibility in the path of Sai Seva, a journey that Sainath began at the young age of 18.
Early Years of Service
From his youth, Sainath has been deeply involved in the activities of the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, dedicating his time and energy to various spiritual and social service initiatives.
His service journey includes:
- Active participation in Sri Sathya Sainivas and Agaram Samithi spiritual and service activities
- Coordination of blood donation initiatives
- Conducting career guidance programs for school and college students
- Mentoring Balvikas children
- Organizing and guiding youth volunteers in pilgrimage programs, including Parthi Yatra to Puttaparthi, the birthplace of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba
Through these activities, he has continuously demonstrated dedication to the ideals of Love, Service, and Spiritual Discipline.
Major Youth Initiatives
One of the remarkable initiatives coordinated by Sainath was the Chennai Metro MCQ Examination Competition conducted for High School and Higher Secondary School students.
This large-scale educational event saw the participation of more than 2000 students from schools across Chennai, promoting academic enthusiasm, competitive learning, and value-based education among the youth.
Such initiatives reflect the Sai mission of nurturing knowledge combined with character.
Cultural and Spiritual Contributions
During the Centenary Celebrations of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, Sainath served as the Director of a Youth Drama, presenting a powerful stage production dedicated to Swami’s divine message of love and service.
The drama brought together many young volunteers and conveyed spiritual values through art, creativity, and teamwork.
Contribution to Temple Service
Another significant contribution was his involvement in the renovation activities of Sainivas Temple, supporting the collective efforts of devotees in strengthening the spiritual center and its service activities.
Temple-based service initiatives help nurture spiritual discipline while strengthening the Sai community.
Academic Background
Alongside his service commitments, Sainath has pursued his academic journey with dedication.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Anna University
- Master of Technology (M.Tech) – Crescent University
His academic training has helped him develop leadership, organizational, and analytical skills that support his coordination roles in service activities.
Service Within the Family
Service is not limited to public life; it is reflected in personal relationships as well.
Within our family, Sainath is known as a caring, responsible, and loving individual, respected and loved by relatives and family members alike.
He was a deeply devoted grandson, serving his grandparents with love and dedication until the final moments of their lives.
He treats his parents and parents-in-law with equal affection and respect, supported by his loving wife and daughter, who stand beside him in this journey of service.
Such values reflect the true spirit of Sai teachings — Love All, Serve All.
A Proud Moment – Sai Run and Ride 2026
A particularly memorable moment recently occurred during the Sri Sathya Sai Run and Ride, a Pan-India service event organized by the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations.
The Tamil Nadu event took place on 8 March 2026, bringing together Sai devotees, youth volunteers, and service-minded participants in a collective celebration of service, unity, and spiritual inspiration.
During this significant event, Sainath took the responsibility as the Master of Ceremonies (MC) and gracefully compered the entire program, guiding the proceedings with clarity, devotion, and confidence.
For me as a father, it was a deeply touching and proud moment to witness him anchoring such a meaningful spiritual gathering. Seeing him serve the Sai mission with dedication and humility filled my heart with gratitude to Swami.
A Father’s Reflection
As a father, I feel blessed and proud. Among Sai devotees and friends, many know me simply as Sainath’s father.
At this moment, the words of the Tirukkural naturally arise in my heart:
“இவன்தந்தை என்னோற்றான் கொல் எனும் சொல்”
A father’s greatest joy is when people admire the son and wonder what good deeds the father must have performed to deserve such a child.
Gratitude to Sri Sathya Sai Tamil Nadu Trust
We express our heartfelt gratitude to:
- Sri Sathya Sai Tamil Nadu Trust
- The State President
- All senior Sai devotees
for placing their trust in Sainath and giving him this important responsibility as Tamil Nadu State Youth Coordinator (North).
May Swami guide him and give him the strength, humility, and wisdom to carry out this responsibility in the spirit of pure service.
A Mentor’s Gratitude
I would also like to record a deeply personal reflection.
By the divine grace of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, I have had the opportunity to guide and mentor three young men who later became State-level Youth Service Coordinators:
- Vijaya Krishna
- Sathya
- Sainath
As a mentor, this is a moment of profound gratitude.
I offer my sincere thanks to Swami for choosing these sincere and dedicated youths to serve society through the noble platform of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, rendering selfless service to humanity beyond barriers of caste, creed, religion, nationality.
A Message to Saitech Students
At this joyful moment, I would also like to convey a heartfelt message to all Saitech students.
Education must not only build knowledge; it must also build character, compassion, and a spirit of service. The true purpose of learning is fulfilled only when knowledge is used for the welfare of society.
I sincerely wish that all students of Saitechinfo actively participate in service activities, contribute to society, and support their Anna, Sainath, in his noble Sai service journey. Through such participation, students will not only strengthen the Sai mission but also develop leadership, discipline, empathy, and responsibility toward society.
Service activities—whether they are education support programs, blood donation drives, rural service, environmental activities, or spiritual gatherings—help shape young minds into responsible citizens and compassionate human beings.

Let every Saitech student remember the guiding principle:
“The hands that serve are holier than the lips that pray.” – Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba
May our students grow not only as successful professionals, but also as selfless servants of humanity.
Prayer
May Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba bless Sainath with the strength, wisdom, and compassion needed to fulfill this sacred responsibility.
May he continue to inspire Sai Youth and devotees to serve society with love and dedication.
Jai Sai Ram
