Every client is given an username and password to access their Kanban Dashboard where they can visualize the status of their project. Each product is taken as a project. The duration of the project depend on the type of product. A Kanban board is a simple yet powerful visual project management tool that helps organize and track tasks across different stages of progress. For paint product consultancy projects, we use a customized Kanban board to ensure transparent and efficient execution. We have shared Formulation Card with QRCode to access the particular product. Each project (product development) is divided int 5 key stages:
- Project Planning – We define goals, gather requirements, and plan timelines.
- Technical Documentation – Detailed formulation, raw material info, lab trial guidelines, and machinery specs are provided.
- Lab Trial Feedback – Client conducts trials; we review feedback, QC results, and suggest improvements.
- Final Formulation – Final product formulation and technical datasheets are documented.
- SOP & Closure – Production SOPs, scale-up guidance, and final reports are submitted for implementation.
The board provides real-time visibility to both consultant and client, ensuring all activities stay on track and well-documented.
