Standardized Training Procedure for Industrial Clients
Overview
This manual outlines the structured stages of SaitechInfo’s industrial coating training program, designed to ensure systematic knowledge transfer, project management, and client satisfaction.
Note:
If the client is not available at the scheduled training time, the corresponding session will be recorded and shared as a video link. Doubt resolution can be arranged through Chat Mode Doubt Clinics upon special request to the consultant.
Stage 1: General Orientation – Google Meeting 1
Objective:
Familiarize the client with the training process and tools.
Contents:
- Introduction to SaitechInfo Industrial Training
- Overview of the training methodology
- Handling of Knowledge Resources (PDFs, videos, slides)
- Introduction to Kanban-based Project Management
- Access guidelines (username, password, platform usage)
- How to raise doubts (chat/email/voice form)

Stage 2: Product / Project Manual Overview – Google Meeting 2
Objective:
Understand the background and components of the specific coating project or product manual.
Contents:
- Overview of the selected project/product manual
- Available through saitechinfo website
- Each project is dedicated with one web page
- Trending topics posted periodically and links are provided
- Basic chemistry and formulation goals
- Raw material classification and specifications
- Required machinery and equipment
- Safety precautions and handling guidelines
- Compliance and regulatory overview (if applicable)
Stage 3: Learning Through Video Content
Objective:
Client to self-learn foundational concepts and processes through curated videos.
Contents:
- Assigned video lectures (with timeline)
- Topics: material handling, process flow, mixing techniques, grinding, coating application, QC basics
- Instructions to take notes and list doubts for next session
Stage 4: Deep Dive – Google Meeting 3
Objective:
Discuss core formulation and support with worksheets.
Contents:
- Step-by-step formulation procedure
- Role of each ingredient
- Formulation variations and adjustments
- Hands-on worksheet exercises
- Q&A session on doubts from video learning
- Assign lab task (if applicable)
Stage 5: Case Studies and Problem Solving
Objective:
Enhance problem-solving ability and practical knowledge.
Contents:
- Real-world case studies from industries
- Troubleshooting common defects (e.g., peeling, sagging, poor adhesion)
- Testing methods (viscosity, gloss, salt spray, adhesion etc.)
- Costing and economic analysis
- Suggested remedies and process corrections
Stage 6: Lab Scale Production
Objective:
Enable practical exposure to coating production.

- Raw material weighing and safety measures
- Mixing and dispersing using lab-scale equipment

Stage 7: Project Presentation – Google Meeting 4
Objective:
Final review and feedback of the client’s project work.

- Feedback session
- Suggestions for scale-up or product improvement
- Certification of Training Completion
Client Flexibility Policy
- In case of unavailability during scheduled sessions, the session content will be:
- Recorded and shared as a video link
- Supplemented with supporting materials (slides, notes)
