Premium training fee applicable. Rs. 15,000 per category of products excluding Smar coating products like nanozirconia coating, zincal aerosol coating etc.
Level 2 – Free Formula
Consultant provides a basic trial formula at no additional cost.
Formula is for preliminary understanding only, not guaranteed for direct production.
Intended to serve as a starting point for the client’s evaluation.
Level 3 – Client Lab Trial
Client executes lab-scale trials based on the free formula.
Consultant may guide remotely on lab procedure and initial testing.
All raw materials, equipment, and testing costs borne by the client.
Level 4 – Premium Consultancy (Hourly Basis)
Consultant standardises the formula with the client through multiple iterations.
Charges are on an hourly consultancy basis. Rs. 3750 per hour of online meeting.
Fees are applicable irrespective of the success or failure of the trial/product.
Level 5 – Costing & SOP Documentation
Consultant develops a detailed costing sheet based on the actual raw materials and prices provided by the client.
Consultant standardises the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) document.
A documentation fee is charged for preparing and handing over these documents.
Level 6 – Annual Royalty Agreement
Once production is ready to commence based on the consultant’s standardised formula and SOP:
The client pays a fixed annual royalty fee to the consultant.
The annual royalty fee ensures continued rights to use the formula, SOP, and consultant’s know-how.
Renewal of the royalty agreement is required every 12 months to maintain the license.
Level 7 (Optional) – QC Review
Client shares QC reports of each production batch.
Consultant reviews the QC data and provides feedback.
QC review charges apply for each report reviewed.
Important Notes
All levels are sequential but modular; clients may engage at any chosen level.
Consultant’s responsibility is limited to technical guidance and documentation. Actual performance depends on the client’s raw materials, process setup, and operational discipline.
All fees, documentation charges, and the annual royalty fee are payable in advance or as mutually agreed.
