🧪 Processing SOP (Key Changes)

  1. Premix Phase:
    • Charge 50 L water → slowly add HEC and mix 30 min.
    • Add wetting, dispersing, defoamer, and pine oil.
    • Add pigment/filler mix gradually under high-speed dispersion (30–45 min).
  2. Post Dispersion:
    • Add binder slowly under slow stirring.
    • Add anti-settling agent (e.g., bentonite slurry) and HASE thickener slowly. Adjust viscosity to ~90–100 KU.
  3. Final Make-Up:
    • Add balance water, DEG, biocide, texanol, and thinner.
    • Homogenize, filter, and pack.
