⚙️ Mixing & Application

  • Mixing Ratio (A:B)100:5 to 100:10 by weight, depending on required reactivity.
  • Pot Life → 6 to 8 hours at 25°C
  • Application → Spray or brush, preferred with spray for uniform finish
  • Drying Schedule:
    • Dust free: 30 minutes
    • Tack free: 2 hours
    • Hard dry: 8–12 hours at 25°C
    • Full cure: 5–7 days

🎯 Performance Characteristics

  • Gloss: High (90+ @ 60°) or adjustable with matting agents
  • Hardness: Pencil H–2H after full cure
  • Chemical resistance: Good (alcohol, water, mild detergents)
  • Shelf life:
    • Pack A: 6–12 months
    • Pack B: 6 months (store in cool, dry conditions)
