Happy Teachers Day 2024
Every morning is a brand new book. I am eager to read this book as soon as I am born. If I do not understand some of the things mentioned in this book, I learn from elders, friends, relatives, children, grandchildren, students and their parents. So for me you all are my teachers, priests, my life guides. So greetings to all of you my guru.
By this, what I want to say is that the most important message is to face new experiences every day and learn like a book. The idea of asking all parties to understand the things that are not understood in these experiences is very sincere. From the younger generation, elders and peers, the best way to continue our learning journey is to approach it humbly.
The idea that “everyone is a mentor” makes the act of learning infinite. When every person is seen as a teacher of learning, every moment of life becomes useful. This is the basis for offering Guru Vandanam to everyone around us. Happy Teachers Day to all of you.

ஒவ்வொரு நாள் காலைப் பொழுதும் ஒரு புத்தம் புதிய புத்தகம் தான். இந்த புத்தகத்தை பொழுது பிறந்ததுமே புரட்டிப் பார்க்க பேரார்வம் கொள்கின்றேன். இந்த புத்தகத்தில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ள சில விஷயங்கள் எனக்கு புரியவில்லை என்றால், மூத்தோர்களிடம், நண்பர்களிடம், உறவினர்களிடம், பிள்ளைகளிடம், பேரப் பிள்ளைகளிடம், மாணவர்களிடம், அவர்தம் பெற்றோர்களிடம் கற்றுக்கொள்ள விழைகிறேன். ஆதலால் என்னை பொறுத்தவரை நீங்கள் அனைவருமே என் ஆசிரியர்கள், குருமார்கள், என் வாழ்க்கை வழிகாட்டிகள். ஆதலால் உங்கள் அனைவருக்கும் என் குரு வந்தனங்கள்.
இதன் மூலம், நான் என்ன சொல்ல விரும்புகிறேன் என்றால், புத்தகத்தைப் போல, தினமும் புதிய அனுபவங்களை எதிர்கொண்டு, கற்றல் இழைக்க வேண்டும் என்பதே மிக முக்கியமான செய்தியாகும். இந்த அனுபவங்களில் புரியாத விஷயங்களை எளிமையுடன், அனைத்துத் தரப்பினரிடமும் கேட்டு தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டுமென்ற எண்ணம் மிக நேர்மையானது. இளம் தலைமுறையிலிருந்தும், பெரியோர்களிடமிருந்தும் சக நண்பர்களிடமிருந்தும், நம் கற்றல் பயணத்தைத் தொடர்ந்துகொள்வதற்கு தாழ்மையுடன் அணுகுவதுதான் சிறந்த வழி.
“எல்லோரும் குருமார்கள்” என்ற எண்ணம், கற்றல் என்ற செயலை எல்லையற்றதாக மாற்றுகின்றது. ஒவ்வொரு நபரும் கற்றல் தரும் ஒரு ஆசிரியராக பார்க்கப்பட்டால், வாழ்க்கையின் எல்லா தருணங்களும் பயனுள்ளதாக மாறுகின்றன. இதுவே நம்மைச் சுற்றியுள்ள அனைவருக்கும் குரு வந்தனங்களைச் செலுத்துவதற்கான அடிப்படையாக அமைந்துள்ளது. உங்கள் அனைவருக்கும் ஆசிரியர் தின நல்வாழ்த்துக்கள்.
