Saitechinfo Generative and Genuine AI Implementation Policy
(SaitechAI Agent)
1. Vision and Principles
- Generative AI at Saitechinfo will be used to create knowledge assets (Concept Cards, Topic Cards, QBank Cards, Formulation Cards, Infographics, Audio/Video explainers) to support students, entrepreneurs, and industry clients.
- Genuine AI means all AI outputs must be verified, transparent, ethical, and aligned with Saitechinfo’s educational and consulting standards.
- All AI use will follow the “Scan – Solve – Succeed” framework, combining technology with human expertise.
2. Policy Scope
This policy applies to:
- Saitechinfo NEET–JEE Gurukulam & Academy (education sector).
- Saitechinfo Coatings & Consulting Services (industrial/entrepreneurial sector).
- Saitechinfo Digital Ecosystem (websites, WooCommerce stores, Telegram/WhatsApp bots, YouTube, etc.).
3. Implementation Guidelines
A. Educational Use
- AI-generated study materials will be tagged with “SaitechAI Agent Verified” to indicate faculty moderation.
- Early Morning Concept Cards and Centum-Cyclic Unit Tests may be auto-generated, but must be reviewed by faculty before student use.
- AI-based doubt clinic assistants will provide first-layer clarifications; deeper queries go to human faculty.
- Student data (attendance, test results, progress tracking) will be anonymized when used for AI analysis.
B. Industrial/Consulting Use
- AI will generate draft formulations, SOPs, control charts, MOU drafts, feasibility templates – all marked as “Draft – Faculty Verification Required.”
- Chemical formulations, coating guidelines, and R&D documents must be authenticated by Dr. E. Ramanathan or designated experts before client release.
- AI-generated business documents (proposals, stage-wise DPR forms, WooCommerce product descriptions) must include client-specific customization.
C. Content Authenticity & Branding
- Every AI-generated document, card, or visual must carry the attribution: “Created by SaitechAI Agent (Reviewed by Faculty/Consultant)”.
- Medical, health, and pharmaceutical content will carry a disclaimer: “This information is for educational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional before use.”
- Industrial and academic deliverables must include date, version, and verification status.
4. Ethical and Data Use Policy
- No plagiarism: AI outputs will be cross-checked with references (textbooks, research papers, BIS/ASTM standards).
- Student and client information will not be shared with third parties.
- AI-generated insights are decision-support tools, not final decisions.
5. Review & Update
- Policy will be reviewed quarterly.
- New AI modules, platforms, or products will be piloted under faculty control before scaling.
- Feedback from students, parents, and clients will guide refinement.
6. Enforcement
- Faculty and consultants are responsible for monitoring AI use in their domains.
- Violations (e.g., unverified content release, misbranding, or unreviewed formulations) will invite corrective measures.
- Only authorized platforms (Saitechinfo websites, verified Telegram/WhatsApp bots, official YouTube channels) can carry AI-branded outputs.
