Like a father helping his child to ride the cycle, the mentors of Saitech guide each and every student to achieve one’s best performance in the academics and in one’s professional life. Recently we have helped the students to score centum in Physics in 4 hours. Ofcourse, the duration of the exam may be 3 hours. We consider the difference in level of achieving the centum among different students who have come from different walks of life. We adoped a simple procedure as given below.
We targetted the Section D (Long answer questions) first. Our students are trained to score 1 mark in every 2 minutes for regular and board examinations. We budgeted the time as follows.
- Secton D – 15 marks in 30 minutes; one hour was given to clear centum
- Section B – 36 marks in 72 minutes; 2 hours were given to clear centum
- Section A and B 19 marks in 38 minutes; one hour was given to clear centum
- Total marks 70 marks in 140 minutes; (board exam duration is 180 minutes)
We train students to score centum from the questions familiar to them at the rate 0.5 marks per minute. Though they were unable to get centum in the first level within 3 hours, they were able to score centum in 4 hours. Every student felt a kind of appreciation and motivation to achieve their best. We recommend schools also to conduct such type time managed tests so that every student can achieve their best performance at least in 2 or 3 attempts.
