There are some tricks to achieve Total Quality Mangement
- Listen, observe, ask and act.
- Better the customers are treated, better they respond.
- DAIS (Do as I say) should be replaced by DAID (Do as I do).
- Everyone should know how much influence one you have.
- Full control – then you can authorise an action – Easy level
- Some control – needs some negotiation to be accepted – some what difficult
- Nil control – little chance to control; refer to higher level – difficult
- Do things you can, not things you cannot do.
- There are some barriers to scale
